Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai and the Manyo Club Onsen
Updated October 27, 2026
Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai is a free-to-enter food and shopping complex beside Toyosu Market, built to look like an Edo-period market street, with a 24-hour hot-spring spa, the Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club, attached. It opened on 1 February 2024 with about 70 stores (Go Tokyo, updated 8 April 2026). It sits about 700 metres from teamLab Planets on the map, which makes it the easiest place nearby for a meal or a soak before or after a slot.
What Senkyaku Banrai is
The complex is at 6-5-1 Toyosu, next to the market’s buildings. Its second floor recreates an Edo-era market in two streets, Mekiki Yokocho (“Connoisseur Alley”) and Toyosu Menuki Odori (“Toyosu Main Street”); the third floor has restaurants; and the eighth floor has a public footbath garden (Go Tokyo). “Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai” is a registered trademark of Manyo Club Co., Ltd., which also runs the spa. It is not part of the wholesale market itself.
The food hall
The food area, Toyosu Jogai Ichiba (Toyosu Outer Market), serves eel, sushi, ramen and sweets (Go Tokyo). Restaurants generally open 10:00 to 22:00, while the second-floor Mekiki Yokocho restaurants and the third-floor restaurants run 10:00 to 18:00, and shops 10:00 to 18:00; some second-floor stores open at 9:00. Hours vary by store and season. For sushi at the source, the restaurant floors inside Toyosu Market open earlier.
The Manyo Club onsen and its rooftop footbath
Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club is a large spa with indoor and open-air baths, stone saunas and other saunas, filled with hot-spring water brought from Hakone and Yugawara, and open 24 hours (Go Tokyo). There are two footbaths, and they are easy to mix up:
| Footbath | Who can use it | Hours |
|---|---|---|
| Senkyaku Banrai footbath garden, 8th floor | Free, open to the public | 9:00-22:00 |
| Rooftop scenic footbath garden, 360-degree views | Manyo Club customers only | With admission |
Prices and tattoo rules
The Manyo Club does not publish an English price list that we could check, so these figures are from a Japanese listing: a day-admission set (bath, yukata, towels and use of the facility) of ¥3,850 for adults, a bathing tax of ¥150 per adult, and a late-night charge of ¥3,000 for adults staying past 3:00 (Walkerplus, July 2026). Prices change; confirm them at reception. On tattoos, sources disagree: some travel guides say small tattoos are allowed if covered with stickers sold at reception, while at least one ticket reseller says guests with tattoos cannot enter. Ask the Manyo Club before you pay.
Luggage storage
Go Tokyo’s listing does not mention luggage storage at Senkyaku Banrai, and we could not confirm a service there. If you are carrying cases, note that teamLab Planets’ free lockers are only 23 × 34 × 37 cm and oversized luggage there is wire-locked in the stroller area; station lockers or your hotel are the safer bet.
Pairing it with teamLab Planets
Senkyaku Banrai works on either side of a museum slot. Before: the tuna auction at the market from about 5:30, breakfast, a free footbath, then teamLab Planets from its 08:00 opening. After: an evening slot at the museum, then dinner and a soak at the Manyo Club, which is open through the night. For more ideas within walking distance, see things to do near teamLab Planets. This is an independent guide; we have no connection with Senkyaku Banrai or the Manyo Club.
