Where to Eat Near teamLab Planets: Ramen, Sushi, Food Halls
Updated October 27, 2026
The closest place to eat is inside the museum itself: Vegan Ramen UZU, open 10:30 to 21:30, though only to people with a teamLab Planets ticket who have already entered (teamLab). Outside, Toyosu Market's restaurant floors are a five-minute walk away and the best choice for sushi, Senkyaku Banrai has a food street beside the market, and LaLaport Toyosu has a food court by Toyosu Station. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the artwork spaces, and there is no re-entry, so plan your meal around the two hours teamLab Planets takes.

Vegan Ramen UZU Tokyo (inside teamLab Planets)
Plant-based ramen exclusive to teamLab Planets, from a Kyoto shop.
A Tokyo outpost of Vegan Ramen UZU Kyoto, which teamLab says has been listed as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Kyoto/Osaka for five years running. Open 10:30 to 21:30, last ramen order 15 minutes before closing. You can only get in after entering the museum, and not before the admission time on your ticket. Glass House (tea and sake, no children 12 and under) and Emptiness Table share the same hours; both require a food or drink order to experience their artworks.

Toyosu Market restaurant floors
Sushi and seafood breakfasts on the market's restaurant floors.
Restaurants are spread across the market's three buildings: the 1st floor of the Fruits and Vegetables Building (Block 5), the 3rd floor of the Fisheries Intermediate Wholesale Market Building (Block 6) and the 3rd floor of the Management Facilities Building (Block 7) (JNTO-TIC, December 2025). In 2019 Nippon.com counted over 20 restaurants including eight sushi shops in Block 6 alone, with Sushi Dai and Daiwa Sushi drawing early-morning queues. Hours vary by shop, and the market is closed on Sundays, holidays and some Wednesdays.

Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai food street
An Edo-style market street with eel, sushi, ramen and sweets.
Next to Toyosu Market and free to enter, with about 70 stores, opened on 1 February 2024. Its Toyosu Jogai Ichiba food village serves eel, sushi, ramen and sweets; restaurants are generally open 10:00 to 22:00, though some 2nd- and 3rd-floor restaurants close at 18:00 (Go Tokyo, updated 8 April 2026).
- #4
Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu food court and restaurants
The easy family option, by Toyosu Station.
The shopping centre has a food court and restaurant floors, with restaurants open later than the shops, which generally close at 21:00 (Go Tokyo; Mitsui Shopping Park). It is about 600 metres from teamLab Planets and directly connected to Toyosu Station, which suits an evening slot followed by dinner on the way home.
